On June 13, 2012 the St. Louis Cardinals hosted the Chicago White Sox. Two Central Division teams of their respective leagues battling it out during inter-league play. What made this broadcast different from any other regular season game? Well, FSN Midwest carried the play-by-play call from The Champions Club, one of the finest premium seating areas in Busch Stadium.
Now, moving a broadcast from the TV booth to a seating area of
the stadium is no easy task. However, with the enhanced cabling maintained by Kaufman
Broadcast, our engineers were able to make this broadcast idea a reality.
