Kaufman's wide range of consulting services includes everything from live-event coordination and studio layout to installing or troubleshooting a satellite system.
Services are customized for each client.
Many companies sell broadcast or audiovisual equipment. Though some have technicians, most are sales companies. That's not Kaufman's approach.
Instead, Kaufman goes in and tries to help our clients figure out what they need
and can afford. Next, they work together to determine the best way to get there.
Kaufman won't recommend a solution unless it's something they would do for
themselves. The solution also needs to have the flexibility to accommodate
future changes. Kaufman won't lock their clients into technology that will soon become obsolete.
Kaufman provides "on-call" consulting services to clients like MLB's St. Louis Cardinals and the NFL's St. Louis Rams.
Kaufman recently re-designed the Bank of America's broadcast facility in
downtown St. Louis. In Lawrence, Kansas, they are working with the Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics to design, build, and install a satellite uplink.
The key to successful consulting relationships is that they understand their
role. Kaufman knows how to make their clients look good.
